Ripple Orbit – Return & Refund Policy
(Applicable within the United Arab Emirates)
At Ripple Orbit, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition

The item is in its original packaging (including tags, accessories, manuals)

You provide the order number and proof of purchase
Please note:
Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., personal care items, opened consumables, used accessories). These items will be clearly marked as Non-Returnable.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Provide your order number and the reason for return

Our team will approve the request (if eligible) and provide return instructions

A courier will be arranged for pickup or you may drop off at the designated location
Processing time for return requests is 1–3 business days.
3. Return Shipping Fees

Returns due to defective or incorrect items → Free

Returns for any other reason (change of mind, wrong selection, etc.) → Shipping fee may apply (AED 15–25 depending on location)
Return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount unless the item was faulty.
4. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method:

Credit/debit card refunds will depend on your bank’s processing time

Cash-on-delivery orders will be refunded as store credit or bank transfer
Note:
Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable, unless the product was damaged or incorrectly delivered.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, style, or product, please contact us within 7 days.
Exchanges depend on product availability.
If the item is out of stock, a refund or store credit will be offered.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Received
If you receive:

A damaged item

A defective product

The wrong item
Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with:

Photos of the item

Photos of the packaging

Your order number
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
7. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene, the following cannot be returned:

Used or opened items

Personal care products

Custom or special-order items

Items marked as Final Sale

Gift cards or digital items
8. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible — you may request a return after receiving the item.
