Ripple Orbit – Shipping Policy

(Applicable within the United Arab Emirates)

1. Delivery Coverage

Ripple Orbit currently delivers to all Emirates within the UAE, including:

  • Dubai

  • Abu Dhabi

  • Sharjah

  • Ajman

  • Umm Al Quwain

  • Ras Al Khaimah

  • Fujairah

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
You will receive an email notification once your order has been packed and shipped.

Please note:

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. Delivery Time

Standard delivery within the UAE typically takes:

  • 1–3 business days for major cities

  • 3–5 business days for remote areas

Delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons or due to courier delays.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Standard UAE Shipping: AED 15–25 (depending on your location and courier)

  • Free Shipping: For orders above AED 300

  • Any special delivery requests may incur additional costs.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking number 

  • Courier details

  • Estimated delivery date

You can track your shipment through the courier’s website or via your order confirmation email.

6. Delivery Attempts

Couriers will attempt delivery two times.
If the delivery is unsuccessful, the package may be returned to us.
Re-delivery may require an additional shipping fee.

7. Incorrect Address / Missing Information

Please ensure your address details are accurate when placing your order.
Ripple Orbit is not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to:

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Missing apartment/villa details

  • Incomplete contact information

Re-shipping fees may apply.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your item arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, with:

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Order number

We will resolve the issue promptly.

9. Order Cancellations After Shipping

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
However, you may be eligible for a return or exchange depending on our Return Policy.
